DFS's Austin facility is hiring a Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team. This onsite role focuses on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment to meet daily output targets with quality at the forefront.

You'll work under supervision, learn standard procedures, and contribute to safe, efficient production. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO as part of our Total Rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
