Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup and prepare equipment for operation.
• Load materials and support high-speed corrugated packaging and containerboard production.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet requirements.
• Help with basic troubleshooting and identify/resolve minor production issues.
• Follow strict safety and environmental standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in line with housekeeping expectations.
• Accurately record production and related process data.
• Contribute to a collaborative continuous-improvement culture and participate in training.
