Shifts

Days (7AM - 7PM) or Nights (7PM - 7AM), Monday through Thursday

Essential Tasks/Duties
  • Thread materials through guides and rollers to various machine components.
  • Start, observe, and adjust machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Insert shafts into cores, secure with steel collars, and mount rolls using hoists.
  • Operate machines maintaining high production quality and minimal waste.
  • Diagnose and correct machine problems promptly.
  • Perform daily maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, re-taping, and scraping.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitasking as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP and AIB regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • At least two years of related industry experience
