Green Bay Packaging is seeking a dependable team member to support running machine equipment, including setup, operation, quality control, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations.
You will set up equipment safely, inspect tooling before and after runs, minimize waste, assist operators, maximize capacity, submit maintenance requests, and contribute to continuous quality checks. This role requires safety adherence and GBP quality standards.

High school diploma or GED required. One year minimum relevant experience preferred. Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
