Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our new Green Bay manufacturing plant. The role supports machine setup, changeovers, quality checks, packaging, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The position features 12-hour shifts and competitive starting pay of $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of $1,250 paid in installments. Advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers and basic troubleshooting.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.


• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.


• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.


• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.


• Participate in training and support team development.


• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM

Friday - Sunday5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM

• Strong attention to detail


• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively


• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs


• Ability to perform in a hot environment
