Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our new manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. The role supports machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow.

The ideal candidate will pass quality checks, package products correctly, and document downtime, scrap, or defects. Expect 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule with strong teamwork and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform in a hot environment.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.


• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.


• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.


• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.


• Participate in training and support team development.


• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM

Friday - Sunday5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM
