Job summary
Cherry Hill Programs seeks an Assistant Local Manager to support the Local Manager in delivering world-class guest experiences during the holiday season at our Santa photo locations. You’ll help lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure smooth daily photo operations, while upholding safety and service standards.
This role offers leadership growth, flexible scheduling, and same-day pay options, with opportunities to return in future seasons and to advance within our souvenir photography
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
- Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
- Availability for required pre-season training and to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
- Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory and scheduling.
- Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
- Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
- Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training and recruitment.
