Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to support the Local Manager in leading the team responsible for creating memorable Santa visits and photo experiences. You will assist daily photo operations, motivate seasonal staff, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading a team or coordinating staff is a plus.
• Comfortable handling sales transactions and cash.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment aligned with company values.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and assist guests in choosing souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
