The Department of Construction Management and Interior Design, part of the R. Wayne Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning, offers a vibrant work environment. The program comprises eight full-time faculty and about 250 students, accredited by ACCE since 2012.

Duration: Full-Time Academic Year
Description: Teaching 12 credit hours per semester in construction management, participating in service activities, with a starting salary of $48,000.
Master's degree in construction, interior design, architecture, engineering, or related field, plus two years of construction industry experience, or five years of managerial/professional experience. Licenses or certifications such as RA, PE, LEED-AP, PMP, or NCIDQ are preferred.
Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship, background check, and education verification.
Experience with construction technology, teaching, licensure, and effective communication skills are desirable.
