Location: Olde Towne Village and Huntley Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, IN
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

- Pay up to $21.00/hour, based on experience.
- Lucrative commission program: Earn up to $75.00 per new lease AND up to $100.00 per lease renewal.

Your Role:
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive community experience for our residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming prospective residents, conducting tours, and leasing apartments.
- Maintaining the appearance of model and target apartments to showcase their appeal.
- Preparing and managing lease agreements and ensuring timely signatures.
- Assisting the Property Manager in marketing efforts and ensuring all materials are current and effective.
- Creating and managing daily online marketing campaigns, including Craigslist and other platforms.
- Monitoring "curb appeal" to maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Supporting resident relations and ensuring a positive living experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multifamily housing leasing is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills.
- A willingness to complete online training and professional development courses.
