Responsibilities:

• Support the Center Manager in student assessments, consultations, and developing personalized learning plans
• Build strong relationships with parents and communicate student progress effectively
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing instructional staff
• Maintain center standards and quality, ensuring KPIs are met and analyzed for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Availability of at least 4 days per week (preferably weekdays) for full-time ACDs
• Maintain 30-35 hours per week to stay in good standing
• Pass an employment math assessment to evaluate math skills
