Kaizen Lab Inc. is hiring an Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician to support daily property operations at an apartment community. You will aid the Lead Technician and help ensure apartments and common areas are well maintained.

The role requires HVAC certification, independent work capability, and owning basic tools. Prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred, with opportunities for temp-to-perm conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have your own basic tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance operations for the property.
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service requests and work orders.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and inspections.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas.
• Support emergency maintenance calls as needed.
