Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building systems.
• Lead, train, and coordinate a maintenance technician team to ensure work orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Manage unit turns — preparing vacant units for move‑in, including painting, cleaning coordination, and punch list completion.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Communicate professionally with residents regarding service requests and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and equipment service history.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure the property is always safe, clean, and well‑maintained.
