Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
- HVAC certification is required.
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and maintenance troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.
- Support daily maintenance operations and team priorities.
- Complete service requests, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with property inspections and maintaining the community pool.
- Help maintain grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide timely solutions.
- Provide professional service to residents and support the team.
- Participate in rotational on-call schedule.
