Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and participate in all custodial work with safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory and order custodial supplies from the warehouse.
• Promote safety, health, and comfort of staff and public.
• Perform emergency minor repairs and cleaning services as needed.
• Keep buildings and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Check exit doors and gates for security during school hours.
• Daily cleaning of offices, lunchrooms, meeting rooms, and corridors.
• Work overtime as needed for meetings and staff training.
• Ensure restroom floors are scrubbed and fixtures cleaned daily.
• Demonstrate CCISD core values of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
• Engage in actions contributing to the district's mission and strategic plan.
• Stay up-to-date professionally through quality learning opportunities.
• Research district policy before taking action and work as an effective team member.
