Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or GED
• Special knowledge/Skills:
• Ability to direct, read, write, and understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
• Good oral communication skills.
• Complete knowledge in techniques for minor building repairs.
• Complete knowledge in building and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate, maintain and lift all custodial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
• Ability to supervise and train custodians in equipment operations, building and grounds maintenance procedures
• One (1) year experience in custodial, building and grounds maintenance or equivalent.
