Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for Pepp & Dolores. This role assists in the overall kitchen operation by leading the back-of-house team, ensuring food quality, and maintaining hospitality standards.

You will hire, train, and schedule BOH staff, monitor recipes, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and uphold brand standards across operations.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for assisting the overall operation of the kitchen through people, product, quality and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. The Assistant Kitchen Manager reports directly to the Kitchen Manager. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
