The ideal candidate is responsible for kitchen operations, staff supervision, and ensuring quality food production. The Assistant Kitchen Manager must be able to work on the line, manage a team, and drive sales while keeping costs in check. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant is required.

• Must have 1+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven success driving sales, keeping labor and food costs in line, and culinary talent.
• Proven success motivating teamwork and maintaining high retention rates.
