Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ college; college graduate preferred or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum supervisory/management experience in high-volume kitchen.
• Serv-Safe Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing 20+ kitchen staff and training.
• Enforce policies and coordinate with dining and other departments.
• Oversee kitchen operations during guest group meal service.
• Hire staff in summer and conference seasons; engage volunteers.
• Ensure clean, functional facility and adherence to policies.
