Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Managers for our TRU Hotel location in Manchester’s historic Millyard.

Pay rate: $55k annually.

The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers.

Duties include:

• Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production
• Ordering and inventory management
• Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs
• Safety and sanitation
• Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development
