Job summary

Common Man Roadside in Manchester, NH is hiring line cooks for our Tru Hotel location in the historic Millyard. You will cook at multiple stations, prep and stock your area, and help keep the back of house clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook is preferred.
• Ability to prep and stock stations and keep workspace clean.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.

• Cross-train at each station to prepare a variety of items and seasonal specialties.
• Prep and stock stations and maintain back-of-house cleanliness and organization.

Common Man Roadside is hiring line cooks for our Tru Hotel location in downtown Manchester’s historic Millyard.

Pay rate: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience.

Open availability and flexibility with scheduling desired.

Cooks are cross-trained at each station to prepare a variety of menu items and seasonal specialties. Cooks also prep and stock their stations and keep the back of the house clean and stocked.
