Job summary

Blue Food Group is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our high-volume, from-scratch kitchen with a neighborhood vibe. You will lead a team across pantry, broiler, sauté, and more, while maintaining strong ordering, inventory, and kitchen organization.

This role offers growth into leadership and values teamwork and positivity. Expect a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts and compensation in the $30–$40 per hour range, DOE.
