Pay

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily operation of the Back of House and assisting with ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the production of food
• Enforces compliance with all employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant, including assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
• Conducts formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Manages inventory and tracks waste under direction of Kitchen Manager
• Maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales
• Practices safe food handling procedures
• Follows established recipes and procedures
• Creates a safe environment and develops Back of House employees
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Supports the restaurant culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
