TOTO USA, Inc. in Morrow, GA is seeking an Assistant Kiln Supervisor to support kiln operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production. You will assist with loading/unloading kilns, coordinate staffing, and drive continuous improvement under Kiln Supervisor guidance.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus two years of related manufacturing experience; technical training preferred. Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum of two years related manufacturing, kiln/firing, production, or technical experience preferred; equivalent education or experience may be considered.
• Prior lead, trainer, or informal team leadership experience preferred; formal supervisory experience not required.
• Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing and kiln environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and moving equipment.
• Required PPE must be worn in designated areas; occasional after-hours or weekend support may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating day-to-day kiln and firing operations to support schedules and quality standards.
• Support staffing, equipment, materials, and production resource coordination for efficient kiln operations.
• Monitor kiln conditions, firing performance, product quality, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with safe operation, inspection, and maintenance coordination of kilns and related equipment.
• Communicate production and quality information across shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
