Qualifications

• At least two years of advanced technical training and three years of related work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have PC skills in Word, Excel, and Access; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervises glazing, firing and re-firing to maximize materials, equipment, and manpower utilization.
• Increase productivity and reduce operating costs through standard work methods.
• Maintain staffing and production supply; direct technicians to daily glazing, firing and re-firing plans.
• Supervise tests, adjustment of glazing, loading, and kiln operation; ensure optimal kiln and robot operation.
