Essential Purpose

Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility for children aged two months to twelve years, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
• Assist in training the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and maintain adequate coverage during operating hours, monitoring child‑to‑staff ratios.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, ensuring efficient communication with parents and tracking bookings.
• Collaborate closely with the Kids Club Manager to align team goals, coordinate daily and weekly tasks, and support efficient operations.
• Implement emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and first‑aid protocols.
• Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts for children.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies and updates.
• Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child‑development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Passion for nurturing children’s growth and development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail‑oriented, systematic, and efficient problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements

• Successful background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move around club floors and rooms, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $17.90—$18.90 USD
