• Manage daily janitorial operations, staffing, schedules, assignments, and service priorities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, and presentation.
• Conduct frequent inspections and correct deficiencies before affecting customers.
• Lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable for attendance and performance.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, inventories, and work orders.
• Build relationships with customers, café personnel, fitness staff, and facility leadership.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests and service needs.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, supplies, and PPE.
• Monitor high-traffic areas and adjust cleaning frequencies as needed.
• Promote ownership, teamwork, safety, and customer service.
• Comply with safety and security procedures established by the company and authorities.
• Set a positive and professional example for the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily janitorial operations, staffing, schedules, assignments, and service priorities.
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, appearance, and presentation throughout café, fitness, wellness, restrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct frequent inspections and proactively identify and correct deficiencies before they impact the customer experience.
• Lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable for attendance, performance, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Maintain organized cleaning schedules, checklists, inventory systems, work orders, and operational documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, client representatives, café personnel, fitness staff, and facility leadership.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests, concerns, and service needs.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, supplies, and PPE.
• Monitor high-traffic and high-touch areas and adjust cleaning frequencies based on facility usage and customer needs.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, teamwork, safety, and customer service.
• Complies with all safety and security procedures established by the company, by our clients and by regulatory authorities

Work Conditions
