Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections to meet cleaning standards and client expectations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up on client requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure buildings are stocked with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure duties are completed on schedule.
• Provide guidance and direction to cleaning staff.
• Maintain consistent service quality across all locations.
• Assist with daily operations and address staffing or facility needs.

Now Hiring: Assistant Janitorial Manager

Pay: $23.00 per hour + Mile reimbursement

Schedule: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Flexibility is required to accommodate operational needs.(some weekends as need it)

Location: Albuquerque, Rio Rancho & Santa Fe, NM

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Assistant Janitorial Manager to support our cleaning operations across multiple customer locations in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, preferably in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry. This individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have reliable personal transportation, and be comfortable traveling between locations to oversee daily operations and support employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are consistently met.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up on client requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all buildings are properly maintained and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure cleaning duties are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to cleaning staff.
• Help maintain consistent service quality across all assigned locations.
• Assist with daily operations and address staffing or facility needs as they arise.

Important: This position requires the use of your personal vehicle. No company vehicle will be provided but will get for your mile reimbursement
