ServiceMaster Residential Co in Albuquerque is hiring an Assistant Janitorial Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites: Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe.

The role requires prior management experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning, bilingual English/Spanish, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between sites. Schedule is 5:00 PM–1:00 AM with weekend flexibility.

Compensation is $23 per hour plus mileage reimbursement; no company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to travel between Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible scheduling to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are consistently met.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up on client requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all buildings are properly maintained and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure cleaning duties are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to cleaning staff.
• Help maintain consistent service quality across all assigned locations.
• Assist with daily operations and address staffing or facility needs as they arise.

This individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have reliable personal transportation, and be comfortable traveling between locations to oversee daily operations and support employees.
