What You’ll Do
70% - Administrative Tasks - buy maintenance and reconciliation
10% - Client Management Admin Tasks - pulling and reviewing campaign reports
10% - Networking
10% - Training & Development
Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value, and billing reconciliation.
Learn & understand media terminology.
Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer.
Implement work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients.
Establish & maintain business relationships with vendor partners.
Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system.
Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets.

Salary Range
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
