Job summary

Michael Page in South Florida is seeking an experienced Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to drive interior construction on mid-rise multifamily and mixed-use projects. You will coordinate trades, QA/QC, safety, and turnover with the lead superintendent.

The role demands strong field coordination, excellent communication, and the ability to manage schedules and finishes to luxury standards on active Broward County projects.

Qualifications

• Assist the Superintendent in managing all interior construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, punch lists, and finish schedules.
• Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project standards.
• Support project turnover activities and owner walkthroughs.
• Track progress and communicate schedule updates to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily interior construction activities from rough finishes through final completion.
• Manage interior trades including drywall, paint, flooring, millwork, cabinetry, doors, hardware and finishes.
• Coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity and meet milestones.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure plans and luxury finish standards are met.
• Support schedule management, inspections, unit turnovers, punch lists and closeout.

Profile

• 3+ years of superintendent or assistant superintendent experience
• Experience on mid-rise multifamily or mixed‑use construction projects
• High‑rise residential experience preferred
• Strong understanding of interior finishes and punch list management
• Excellent communication, organization, and field coordination skills

Job Offer

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary
