Job summary

Requirements

• Proven experience working with infants or young children in a licensed childcare setting.
• Ability to meet Virginia state licensing requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with infants on the floor.

Nice To Haves

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or coursework in Early Childhood Education.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of Virginia milestons and early learning standards.
