The Learning Experience Warwick is seeking an assistant teacher for our Infant classroom, caring for babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

The ideal candidate will have a compassionate attitude and a loving mindset to care for our youngest learners in a fast-paced infant classroom.

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with and learn from classroom teachers to create a welcoming, engaging environment for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children, tailored to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic, seamless play and learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work until 6:30 pm.
• Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about caring for babies.

Benefits:

• Associate degree or higher in ECE or a related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
