Job summary

Endeavor Montessori is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher in Pflugerville, TX. You will assist with age-appropriate curriculum, prepare materials, and supervise children during activities, meals, and naptime to maintain a safe, positive learning environment.

The role supports career development with education incentives and opportunities for advancement across Endeavor Schools’ 100+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in early childhood development or CDA certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a certified child development center (1 year preferred).
• Experience with the assigned age group.
• Compliance with state standards/accreditation requirements.
• Ability to use standard office equipment (laptop, smartphone).

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Monitor children’s progress and development.
• Create a harmonious environment where children and teachers enjoy coming to work each day.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

6 months prior experience in a certified child development center

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED
