Role Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating and welcoming environment for children.
2. Curriculum Support: Assist in implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting to the needs of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
3. Safety: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
4. Family Engagement: Help communicate children's progress to parents through various channels.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Experience: Childcare experience or passion for early childhood education preferred.
• Compliance: Meet state and federal guidelines, including immunizations and safety training.
• Caregiving Skills: Ability to ensure children's safety, meet their needs, and promote social skills.
• Physical Resilience: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and working outdoors in various temperatures.
