About the Role:

Join The Goddard School of Moore, OK as an Assistant Teacher for our Infant program! This role offers a unique opportunity to nurture and inspire the youngest learners in a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap time.
• Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive and motor skills.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience working with infants or young children is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
• Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor.
