Play Time Early Childhood Enrichment Center is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to join our Beachwood, OH team. You will work with the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment for infants while supporting developmentally appropriate activities and daily care.

The ideal candidate has a background in early childhood education and is committed to licensing standards, SUTQ training, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, CDA or CPL Level 3 in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Knowledge of child development and infant care best practices.
• Current or willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention, and Communicable Disease Training.
• Ability to complete 30 hours of Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) training every two years.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities

Play Time Early Childhood Enrichment Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher to join our exceptional team!

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where infants can grow, explore, and thrive. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the daily care and supervision of infants

• Supporting the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities

• Encouraging children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development

• Monitoring and documenting children's progress and needs

• Building positive relationships with families through daily communication

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

• Following all center policies, procedures, and licensing requirements

Qualifications
