Play Time Early Childhood Enrichment Center seeks an Assistant Infant Teacher to join our Beachwood campus. You will support a Lead Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing environment for infants, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and communicating with families daily.
Ideal candidates hold a degree or CDA/CPL Level 3 in early childhood education, with knowledge of infant development and compliance with licensing requirements.

Play Time Early Childhood Enrichment Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher to join our exceptional team!
As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where infants can grow, explore, and thrive. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the daily care and supervision of infants
Supporting the implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Encouraging children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
Monitoring and documenting children's progress and needs
Building positive relationships with families through daily communication
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Following all center policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's Degree, associate degree, CDA, or CPL Level 3 in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Knowledge of child development and best practices in infant care
Current or willingness to obtain required ODJFS certifications:
CPR
First Aid
Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention
Communicable Disease Training
Ability to complete 30 hours of approved Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) training every two years
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
A genuine passion for working with young children
