Experience collaborating with faculty, staff, and campus partners across multiple colleges or departments.Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
The Student Success Advisor serves as a key member of the Office of Undergraduate Education and Student Success (UESS), supporting students as they explore academic pathways, transition into degree-granting majors, and develop strategies for academic success. This position provides centralized advising for exploratory students, coordinates student success initiatives, and collaborates with campus partners to enhance retention, persistence, and engagement. The Student Success Advisor also supports UF Preview operations and develops programs that help students make informed academic and career decisions.
Responsibilities include:$60,000 - $65,000 annually; commensurate with education and experience.
