Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to support hydrovac operations, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities for construction projects. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Starting wage is $33.90/hour with union wages and benefits to be discussed with the Branch Manager. Travel up to 25% may be required; CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work variable shifts.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.
• Experience operating hydrovac equipment or related industrial work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist hydrovac operations to dig and uncover utilities using water and vacuum equipment.
• Maintain safety practices and assist in project tasks.
• Collaborate with team on construction projects and meet productivity goals.
