Badger Infrastructure Solutions in Providence, RI is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator. You will assist operating hydrovac equipment, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support a variety of construction projects.

This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork in essential infrastructure work. Starting pay is $38.15 per hour with union wages and benefits discussed directly with the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).
