Badger Infrastructure Solutions is hiring an Assistant Hydrovac Operator. You will assist in operating hydrovac equipment, using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig, uncover utilities, and support construction projects with a safety-focused team.

This role offers $20.00 per hour and up, based on experience, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement. You may work variable shifts and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Customer Service Focused and comfortable with customer interaction.
• Enthusiasm for being part of a safety-focused collaborative team.
