RighTime Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Manager in Corona, CA, to lead and develop a team of In-Home HVAC Sales Advisors (Comfort Advisors) focused on residential HVAC system replacements and upgrades.

You will coach advisors on system design, energy efficiency, and solution-based selling while driving revenue growth and improving conversion rates across residential and light commercial HVAC sales. Prior leadership and HVAC product knowledge are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of in-home sales management experience (HVAC industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC products, heating and air conditioning systems, system design, and installations.
• Experience as an HVAC technician or system designer is a plus.
