• 3+ years HR experience in food distribution/warehouse preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software (iCIMS, UKG, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant hiring, terminations, disciplines, payroll and records keeping.
• Maintain training programs, insurance policies, company benefits.
• Handle HR administrative actions (Kronos, payroll, attendance policy/bonus, benefits, newsletters).
• Maintain vacations, daily/monthly/quarterly reports.
• Manage other projects for the HR Manager.
• Present write-ups for attendance and performance issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal policies.
