Fairfield Inn & Suites in Whitewater, WI, part of Golder Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to support a busy housekeeping team and uphold our high cleanliness standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader ready to step into a supervisory position while continuing to work alongside team members.

You will help lead daily room assignments, inspect rooms, mentor staff, and coordinate with other departments to maintain brand and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping leadership is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading and supporting the housekeeping team.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Assist with daily room assignments and housekeeping priorities.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
• Work with the team, including cleaning when needed.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs with other departments.
• Assist with linen, supply, and inventory organization.
• Help maintain brand, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Step in to lead the department when the Supervisor is unavailable.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused environment.
