Assistant Housekeeping Manager - Signia by Hilton San Jose

As a Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Manage daily Housekeeping operations, including maintaining cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
2. Ensure rooms are cleaned and available to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Manage daily systems use and management, cost controls, overall profitability, budgeting, forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation.
4. Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, including supervision and conducting evaluations.

Qualifications and skills include experience as a Housekeeping Manager, strong leadership abilities, and a background in hospitality or hotel operations.
