Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for a San Diego hotel. You will assist the Director of Housekeeping, lead a diverse team, and ensure flawless cleanliness and guest satisfaction across rooms and public areas.

You will manage scheduling, inspections, and daily reporting while collaborating with Front Office and other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in a hotel environment.
• Knowledge of room inspections and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, room assignments, inspections, and service recovery.
• Lead, train, and coach housekeeping staff.
• Conduct guest room and public area inspections to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
• Monitor room readiness and prioritize VIP arrivals.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists, daily reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and labor management.
• Maintain inventory levels for linen, supplies, and equipment while controlling costs.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Support quality assurance inspections and brand audits.
