• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet company and guest standards.
• Assist Housekeeping Manager in scheduling and coordinating room cleaning with front desk and maintenance staff.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform cleaning duties as needed, such as cleaning rooms or common areas.
• Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards and regulations.
