Job summary

Park City Lodging is seeking a dependable Assistant Housekeeper to support daily operations and uphold high cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards in Park City, Utah. This hands-on, team-oriented role requires strong organization and the ability to assist with housekeeping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching deliveries, inspecting units, processing supplies, and liaising with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities are required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch guest deliveries upon request.
• Create and manage daily housekeeping schedules.
• Enter and track work orders accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with housekeeping inquiries.
• Inspect units prior to guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Receive and unpack supply shipments, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with lifting and moving inventory and housekeeping items as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and assist as needed.
