Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is seeking a thoughtful, dependable, and service-driven Assistant House Manager (AHM) to support the daily operations of a Therapeutic Community Residence (TCR). In compliance with Vermont DAIL regulations, this role serves as the designated Housing Manager for the residence and helps ensure a safe, therapeutic, well‑organized environment where residents can build skills, strengthen independence, and experience meaningful community living.
The AHM provides administrative, clinical, and operational support within the TCR program while working closely with leadership, nursing, and direct service staff to maintain strong programming and full compliance with Therapeutic Community Residence standards. The position also includes a required in‑residence presence.
